Lancet labratories sort your **** out!

<p>had bloods done at lancet. i wanted to pay cash but no they say they will put it through my medical aid. as always complete a form with all my details including address and email address.</p> <p>2 months later i get a text with a picture (which i am unable to download), saying money is outstanding. there is an email address on the text. i send an email asking them to send me the invoice so i can settle. email bounces back. they don't even know their own email address and cannot be bothered to put the correct one on their texts. i look up lancet on the internet. email their accounts. ...email once, twice, 3x and no reply. pathetic. who is handling their admin?</p> <p>now i get handed over for the outstanding amount!</p> <p>since when are we expected to pay outstanding money when no invoice has been received! You have my details lancet, why not email my invoice to me from the start!</p> <p>Lancet sort your admin out!</p>
