This to and fro sending SMS’s is wasting time and money having to respond to you on each and every occasion.

Kindly be informed that I will not pay the account which you say is overdue.

You were requested to prove when you were instructed to do a duplicate so called procedure on the same day the tests were produced. Discovery Health clearly highlighted this anomaly and advised not to pay the duplicated procedure. You intimated that I write to Dr.Vallabjhee and ask him to motivate the added charge. I said that this was *********. In the meantime I phoned the Doctor and he said he did not have the time to deal with such issues and that Lancet Laboratories prove that the service was in fact rendered. To date you have failed to provide the said information yet continue to send SMS’s claiming that I am indebted to Lancet Laboratories.

There have also been several phone calls with you apologising about the service and harassment and constant notifying me of the outstanding debt.

I have requested that you take the preferred legal steps and for which I will be more than happy to contest in a court of law costs for your account. I will claim time, transport and secretarial charges for the way forward.

I urge you to resolve this matter at your earliest convenience as I am extremely unhappy with the manner in which you are treating me. This is an invasion of my privacy.
