LANCET LABORATORY VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

Highly disappointed and frustrated. We have completed our tests at Medstone Lancet via Lancet Umhlanga. It has been 6 days now and all I hear from them is that theres a back log. My family and I have been quarantined for these 6 days. Other family members have been to the Addington hospital after me have received results already. What kind of facilty is this that we paying and not getting any feedback at all. The least they could do is advise on the current situation.
