I am quite FED UP!

This company does not know how to submit a claim to a Medical aid. Since October I have communicated with them and explained why my medical aid has not paid them. They sent through a claim with the incorrect my doctors practice number, obviously my medical aid called it an invalid claim, after 4 calls to Lancet explaining exactly what the needed to do. Once again they submitted and guess what? again it was done incorrectly because they did not request a reversal of the original claim submitted before submitting the new claim with my GP's correct practice number.

I have lost all confidence in the medical circle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They want your money but cant see to it that there staff does their work properly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
