LANCET LABORATORY RESULTS
<p>They do not send out accounts via e-mail and with the Post Office not working properly we never get the accounts. This invariably ends up in a call from a debt collector which will add another stiff fee to the amount. This is not sound business practice. We all know the Post Office does not work properly soo just send the accounts out via e-mail .... please. From someone that just got bitten!</p>

Kindly provide details of the account ie the name of that patient – Surname, First name and ID number. As soon as we receive this, we will gladly investigate and revert.
