Went for INR blood test at Lancet Sunward Park. Got phoned by two different people with the results later on in the day. Was given conflicting results and what should be done. One person advised on the dosage of medication that should be taken, while the second person said we should come back and take another blood test as the first one wasn't correct. Very confusing and potentially life threatening in what was conveyed by staff members. Will not be returning and would use Ampath in the future.
