Lancet Laboratory

Took my minor son for Covid Test and was advised that will get feddback the same evening. Nothing was received. Called the Lab the next morning to be told the tests is been run and would receive a response within the next few minutes. 3 hours later nothing received called the lab to be told that they re running that batch as something went wrong with that batch. The lady who took the call tells me that it takes 48 hours and my sons test was not marked as urgent. This did not help at all. Sleepless night with a sick child, batches that went wrong to my sons test not marked as urgent???? Insensitive rude and unable to deal with people who are under stress. Very disappointing services received and totally unacceptable.
