LANCET LABORATORIES WORST EVER

My mother and I have done bloods with lancet. When the hospital and surgery processed it on system it says lancet will cover it under my medical aid just to find out at the end of 2 months lancet send through the wrong codes as medical aid codes changed. After that they only called me twice stating I owe them. To this I was annoyed and made 'PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS'. Everything was fine. As time went they handed me over to the lawyers I phoned the lawyers and asked them how is this possible as payment arrangement were made but I also fully paid them prior to this. The lawyers wasn't aware of this. On the 18 August they called my mother from lancet harassing her for payment to her surprise as I've paid and also no one called to say more money was owing either she told me yesterday the 19 August I receive a paralegal letter stating I owe them money. What bull is this. LANCET IS THE WORST BLOOD PLACE I'VE COME ACROSS. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DOING THEIR CALL AGENTS HAVE NO MANNERS AND CAN'T HELP. THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT IS WORST OFF THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO PAID AND WHO DID NOT PAY! Im taking them up to higher authorities for harassing my mother for not checking the payment arrangements before handing me to lawyers and lastly for not checking I've paid before sending me paralegal letters!
