Lancet Laboratories – Unable to Make Payment Due to Failure to Provide Invoice After Multiple Requests

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the ongoing failure by Lancet Laboratories to provide me with a simple invoice required to make payment.

For months, I have repeatedly requested that an invoice be sent to me via email, clearly reflecting the total amount due and the correct reference number for payment. Despite multiple calls to your call centre, I have been told on several occasions that my email address has been corrected and that the documentation has been sent.

To date, I have not received anything.

I have followed up consistently, and even indicated that I would come head office in person if necessary. Each time, I am reassured that the issue has been resolved – yet nothing is actually delivered.

This leaves me in an impossible position: I am willing and ready to pay, I understand what the charge relates to, but I cannot proceed without the correct reference number and invoice.

To make matters worse, I have now been handed over without resolution, which reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of accountability.

At this point, I require the following urgently:

A valid invoice reflecting the total amount due sent via email The correct reference number required to make payment Confirmation that my contact details are correctly captured on your system A hold on hand over proceedings as this is not failure to make payment - it's failure to supply a customer with the information needed to make payment

This should not require this level of escalation for such a basic administrative request.

I expect this to be resolved without further delay.
