Lancet Laboratories “technical glitch’ money ****

Lab charged over R1000 for blood tests over a month ago.

Failed to send it to the Dr which led to more complications. I had to email a complaint query to which I only got an “I understand and we apologise” story.

Money ******* and ****mers when things go wrong. No meaningful remorse or procedure to look into these things. Horrible experience of anxiety and depression with no outcome outside of having to pay and be patient without being treated fairly with honesty.
