Lancet Laboratories shame on you.

My parents are both in their early eighties. They are often sick and goes for treatment where bloods are taken. Medical Aid covers the bulk of the cost but very little for bloods. Lancet is often owed as medical aid do not pay them. They thus send invoices. No sooner is it paid when they call to say you still owe them no new invoices are sent but constant harassment and threats of blacklisting is the order of the day. I dont think at 82 my dad cares whether they blacklist him it is just the lack of information as to where the additional amounts come from that leads to the frustration. How can you pay an account if you are not aware you owe. Then you threaten and harass but do not send invoices.
