Lancet Laboratories Roseacres- Unpleasant reception call.

I contacted Lancet Laboratories RoseAcres branch twice and spoke to two different people at the reception. The tone of their voices was very unpleasant and they both sounded uninterested. The reception is the face of your business and it is easy to lose business over something that can be corrected. I understand people are going through a lot, however when you go to work be prepared to help customers with interest. I will be getting help from Ampath laboratories.
