Lancet Laboratories pathetic

Lancet do not read their emails. i was phoned beginning of June to say that my medical aid did not pay the full amount from February i immediately made a payment arrangement which was accepted and i made the first payment end of June. i then received a call from debt collectors to say my account has been handed over. i was fuming. . I had never received a statement or a final demand from Lancet. I do not think their call centre agents read their emails.
