lancet laboratories negligent nurses?

<p>On the 10th of may 2016 a nurse from lancet labs went to my home to draw a blood sample from my mum for a test to be done. After a day the are which the blopds were drawn from became severly sore an the entire are turned purple an blue. We seeked further advise and were told the nurse used the wrong hand to draw blood as those veins are very thin. We contacted lancet about this as we were very disturbed by the way this was conducted, being a professional nurse dont you know what was supposed to be done? Unfortunately all they did was send the nurse to apologize an give my mum repair gel!!! They did not even treat this as a serious matter or take my mum to the doctor to.make sure everything is ok! I am deeply disgusted with the way you treat your patients. We trust you with our lives.. something you cannot afford to make mistakes with.</p>
