Lancet Laboratories (DRS Mauff AC & Partners) WORST experience ever
I would rate -100 if it was at all possible. Firstly, they incorrectly coded my condition so the medical aid rejected the claim. Then they started with the sases (3 weeks after this) demanding payment. Although they said I have 7 days to settle the account, they have been harassing me with calls and messages since. Then when I do submit the POP, they STILL sms and call me.
