Lancet laboratories complaint

I am a wildlife vet-I took blood samples from 2 desperately ill white lionesses last Friday morning 31st July 2020. The samples were clearly marked-each set in it`s own packet and the names on each packet and individual tubes. Today is 6 days since the samples have been sent away and I still have no results-the blood is clearly spoilt by now-we have phoned at least 10 times since Tuesday and we just get shunted from pillar to post-IT IS CLEAR FROM BOTH THE TONES IN THEIR VOICES AND THEIR ATTITUDES THAT THEY SIMPLY DON`T ****** CARE. After complaining enough ,a gentleman phoned me today and said that they registered all these samples under one lioness`s name but they don`t know which tubes are which. If I behaved like this ,I would be struck off the roll. This is not the first time that I have had problems with Lancet-they have been warned about this by their partners Vet Diagnostix with whom I deal but it is clear that they just don`t care. Just another symptom of the direction our beloved country is going in-absolutely finished-no accountability.
