Lancet laboratories Carlisle street durban pathetic

Went to lancet Carlisle street drive through covid-19 testing centre in Durban today and very poor professionalism by the nurses at that site..sat over 45mins in the car when there was 4 nurses there nurses but 3 sitting and walking around while 1 was actually doing the tests for people. Then 3 left and only 1 nurse left to do testing. No damn procedure in place at this test centre as they bringing in cars to park and wait and then they telling the people to fill forms when all this is supposed to be done outside then come inside for testing and drive off..pathethic service yet we paying so.much for these tests..these nurses should be the 1s filling out the forms for people as they just sitting and walking around doing nothing there anyway..1 came up to us and told us fill out details when the form was already filled out so she never bothered to actually look at the form in the first place but acted like she knows it all..would not recommend this place for testing as they are very unprofessional.
