After being in the ONCOLOGY system for over 4 months already - I know that the person lodging the blood test just has to punch in the I.D. number to get the medical aid details.

The Driver for Lancet Laboratories sitting behind the desk receiving patients - who have spent thousands upon thousands with your laboratories, does not and SHOULD NOT be exposed to medical patients.

Being a driver - he would not know this little snippet of important information. Generally - people who know nothing about the system should not be sitting behind the desk receiving your paying clients.

Appalling that we are treated like second class citizens when we are at the most vulnerable time of our lives.

Please ensure that the staff KNOW not to allow the driver to receive patients !!!
