Lancet Laboratories, an *********** organisation

My wife went to Lancet Laboratories at Rochester Place for a Covid PCR test in advance of our planned trip to Japan. The report produced by Lancet failed to mention the sampling technique and therefore was rejected by the Japanese authorities. In trying to contact Rochester Place via Lancet's call centre, we were transferred to a variety of other Lancet labs in Durban and Auckland Park. Eventually I managed to speak to somenbody at Rochester Place, but they appeared to be totally ******** of the problem and more importantly, didn't seem to care. My wife was subsequently obliged to drive to the Rochester Lab where Chanelle said that they were aware of the issue but nothing had been done to rectify it. In all, we were charged R500 for their incompetence followed by much pain and suffering. I'm not sure if any of Lancet's competitors are better, but this organisation is the pits!
