Lancet Laboratories accounts staff rude to the core

I have never been treated well at all by Lancet accounts people. All they care about is what you owe them and they do not have time to hear why your medical aid could not pay total amount. They were so rude and impatient. I will never seek help from Lancet Laboratories again. I've had enough.
