Lancet Laboratories *********** accounts department

We are very happy with the service of Lancet Laboratories' staff doing the blood tests in Rustenburg. Unfortunately, the people workings in the accounts department appears to be ***********. They are not able to claim the services on the right medical aid code and will escalate the account to a debt recovery entity even when the account is in dispute. In the end we paid the amount the claimed but still received harassing SMS's for the rest of the day. If it was not difficult to get the doctor autorotation transferred to another blood test lab we would have taken our business else ware.
