lancet lab, *********** staff

admitted in chatsmed,hospital trauma unit,bloods taken by lab sister. after 5 min i was taken to ward,found my right arm swollen.unit manager informed lab manager,she saw the arm and did nothing.My arm bruised badly extremely sore.im upset that we are taken care by *********** staff that show no mercy.i need something to be done immediately.Ps im also a registered nurse in an icu,and i do know the proticol.
