Lancet - ITC for Incorrect Billing

I was in hospital on the 25th November for a transplant operation,me being the donor,which means all the expenses is approved by the recipients medical aid,and billed to his medical aid.<br> <br> When I got back to work on the12th Jan.15,I received a notification that the account was claimed from my medical aid and paid,after numerous emails and request my medical aid reversed the account from my medical aid savings<br> <br> I have received a letter from ITC in August for the very same account,also 2 call agents from ITC also contacted me telephonic where I explained the whole process to them. Since then the account was to be reverted back to Lancet.<br> <br> My credit rating is being ruined because of Lancet &amp
