Lancet is unacceptably tardy when it comes to refunding you monies due
Credit Refunds Department is an absolute joke, when they owe you monies there is no expediency. Almost 6 weeks and a simple refund still has not been processed after subsequent follow-ups. Will go out of my way to go to ampath or pathcare next time.
