Lancet is refusing to refund.

Lancet Laboratory is refusing to refund my money back. I've made payment according to the statement that was sent, later they sent the correct statement with small amount of money. The consultant that is assisting Abigail Mathe is very rude and she told me they will keep my money to them even though all documents required were submitted to them. I am so ****ed with this company. Their service is terrible Y***4
