Lancet is harassing, abusing and ******ing me

Lancet and their debt collector are harassing and ******ing money from me. I completed my medical aid details on their forms and Lancet for payment. Lancet does not send the account for payment to the medical aid company. Instead, I am being abused, harassed and ******ed by Lancet. I am receiving endless messages harassing me to a unsubstantiated payments. I wanted to attach the call list and their ******ion sms's but I don't know how to on this platform.
