Lancet is dragging and I am being bul**** by Lancet
I just received a collection letter/notice from Sustainable Collection Services on the 12/11/2018 and according to the letter they are collecting R117, 90 which I am owing to Lancet. I sent numerous emails to Lancet requesting that they send me the correct figure of the amount I am owing the. Instead, I received almost four different figures from Lancet and I paid R150 towards the end of October and sent the proof of payment to ********** and no one acknowledge receipt and sent me the remaining balance if any. Lancet is determine to tarnish consumers names and credit and their customers services is appalling.

22 Nov 2018, 14:30I am still not receiving the correct figure of my outstanding balance. Instead I received an sms R292,40 on the 20/11/2018 and email of R716.30 on the 21/11/2018.
Megan Solomon phone me on the 19/11/2018 and said that she will try and resolve my concerns from Hellopeter website and I sent her an email with my concerns and she has not responded since. Instead I receive these confusing statements again.
How much do I owe Lancet, if I am owing?
