Lancet HR not professional

I am totally disgusted with the HR at Lancet laboratories. I was enquiring on an available position and also more information regarding future professional development and the lady that helped me just kept on saying the same sentance over and over and did not even try to listen to what I am asking. She was not even trying to be helpful.
