Lancet hires a bunch of ******* literally

I came to Lancet Labs at The Bay Hospital in Richards Bay on the 10th February 2018 and was attended to by a lady with a Dladla surname. I unfortunately left a brand new Jean there. I called them and asked them to keep it for me until my friend fetched it. But today 29th March 2018, they told me that the Jean was ****** or taken by a random person, when it was in possession of Lancet people. And the only person who could’ve fetched it was my friend. Today I dealt with a lady by the name of Ntha Dibashe (I stand to be corrected regarding the spelling), who was very happy to tell me that they couldn’t find the Jean and that it was missing. Please could you investigate this matter and update me on the progress, as the Jean was meant as a birthday gift.
