Lancet help me to get you paid PLEASE.

My husband was admitted on the 16th March, an account for Lancet was rejected from Med Aid because the wrong practice no was used. The Specialists room sent the updated lab form to Lancet on the 25th March. To date this has not been done. I called accounts on the 6th, 7th, 8th May. Eventually went to the Lancet Depo in Al Kadi and they also scanned and sent the updated lab form to Lancet. I called accounts for an update on the 13th May and was told that the form was with Resolutions Dep. 22nd May the updated form has still not been sent to Med Aid, yet we keep getting messages that the account is not paid. Sent an email on the 22nd May to callcentre@lancet, Labforms@lancet and Service@lancet. Received a "Read Receipt" from all these email address on the 22nd May. Today is the 27th May and we still have not had feedback. Another sms was sent to my husband yesterday regarding the outstanding amount. This morning I called customer services to find out why I had a "Read Receipt" and still no feedback from Lancet Customer Care, I was told firstly that I used the wrong customer service email (***) this is however the address that is on the Lancet website, and I purposedly added the other emails because I expected this feedback from Lancet. Apparently, Customer Service cannot assist me and wanted to transfer me back to the department that I am complaining about. I would have thought that the whole idea behind a customer service department is to assist customers, should the agent as a customer service consultant not have first try to find the email I was referring to and take my details down, contact accounts and come back to me with feedback. Lancet I am trying to get you paid - I am not trying to get money out of you. I would hate to imagine what patients go through when they are expecting a refund if I am battling to get you paid.
