Lancet Handing You Over For Unsent Account

Good Day How can Lancet Laboratories hand you over for a 2023 account which you have never received. I have never received a phone call to query the outstanding payment. I have never received an email to query the outstanding payment.

I am not impressed that I have been handed over for an account I never received nor received any form of follow up emails or phone calls requesting payment.
