LANCET - GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!!!

Been going for weekly tests at Lancet, Mulbarton Hospital, and pay by credit card every week. Two weeks ago, an incorrect amount was entered and instead of R150, they debited my account with R380 (due to Receptionist being distracted). I only noticed it when I received the little receipt and immediately requested a refund, which they refused and said refunds are done at Head Office level. I then suggested that I use the credit for my future visits, which was also declined. I then had to submit FICA documents, proof of banking details, ID etc in order to get my refund. Today, two weeks later, still no refund. I queried it and was told that I will receive a call from them, which I did. Malebo Mogotle (Refunds Department) called me and said they received my email, but no attachments, which is untrue as I simply forwarded my original email and she was able to see the attachments. Just received a call informing me that my refund will take another 5 days!!!! Totally *********** and unprofessional. Almost three weeks for a refund due to their mistake but I have to jump through hoops to get my money back!
