Lancet financial department is a mess

<p>Payed my bill 4 months ago,and they still call me every week to do a payment. I sent proof of payment 3 times and every time they say it has not been updated. Then they ask met to send it again...... Same story ever time but nothing is being done!! Hope for their sake I am not on ITC!! </p>
