Lancet Double Billed MSA for test and I am struggling to get my refunds

At the end of December / beginning of January my daughter and I had Covid tests done, Lancet billed my medical Aid for 4 tests instead of just 2. I have spoken to Discovery and with Lancet and Lancet just says it will be resolved within 10 working days, each day I am phone is - we are reviewing the matter.

Till date it is 6 weeks to have my funds refunded to either my MSA or to me.... It is ********* business practice to double claim and then not resolving the matters.
