Lancet don't give results but take R6500

Good Day My wife went to Lancet for the nipt blood test. Everytime we go there for the test they have different procedures and different amount of tubes. I wonder if there staff is trained and if they have set procedures. The last nipt test done there was enough dna but still no results. why must I pay R6500 for nothing. if You phone there account t department it is closed if You Email o response . Where can I report these people.
