Lancet don't bother to update their system

Why fill out forms with your latest contact details, if Lancet staff at Life Groenkloof don't bother updating their system with that info?

I needed a negative Covid report for theater. After no SMS received and time running out before surgery, I went back to inquire about why I had not received a SMS. Lancet staff on 2nd floor made a reprint, but on the document, was a phone number I used 8 years ago. They didn't even bother to type in my new number on the system that I wrote so clearly on the new document.
