Lancet Did Wrong Testa

My son of 6 who has Autism, was very sick the 5th of January. His fever was 42 degrees and he was admitted on the 6th for meningitis. On the 5th he was sent for TWO tests at Lancet. One of them a PCR test.

After a very traumatic experience and having to hold him down etc for the tests, Lancet called us TWO hours later, profusely apologising that they made a mistake and that they did the WRONG test and that we had to come back again and put my son through it again. Lancet is now holding us responsible for the fees of the incorrect test and refuses to accept responsibility. I have spoken to every single person at Lancet at no one is returning my calls or getting back to me.

I am horrified at this poor service where we are responsible for Lancet’s negligence.
