LANCET DEBT COLLECTORS ARE MISINFORMED AND LACK EDUCATION!

I've been harassed by Lancet's debt collectors for something that was paid in July already! They phone me at least 4x times a day and I keep on telling them that they must stop phoning me but, every day, it's someone else! I tell them to refer to the previous notes but then they tell me they don't have access to the statement and can't check for payments that were made! Lancet's debt collectors; just so that you know, I'm going to report you for harassment! It's *******!
