I was notified this morning of being listed on ITC and been handed over and i have been paying the account every month acccording to the arrangement. No notification or call to try and collect. Nothing. Lancet dont reply to emails and every time i call they say the sms is just automated. I can ignore if i am paying. This is just unacceptable. The employees at the account deot are *********** to do their job and are giving wrong advice to the patients / clients.
