Lancet covid testing time frames are *******

I did my covid test yesterday ar 14:00 at the medicross in saxby avenue. I am a healthcare worker and it waa marked as urgent. When i called the call centre today at 12:05 i was told the test only got to the lab 20 minutes before my call. I asled the call taker what the difference was when marked as urgent she said there was none as the turn around time is 24 hours. When i did my previous covid test through the other big provider i had my result within 8 hours. Lancets service is atrocious. Worst of the worst
