lancet charging wrong beneficiary
Lancet charged the wrong dependent. The medical aid rejected the claim. It was fixed and resubmitted, but lancet is still showing the wrong claim and asking for payment. This is going on for a year. They have now got the debt collectors on my back. Such a simple thing cannot be resolved by lancet? Worst accounts department ever....
