Lancet cannot find Zapper payments!
I underwent surgery on 19/9/2019 and Lancet billed me R1611.30 on the same day. The bill was paid with the Zapper icon ON the bill on 22/19/2019. This does not allow for references etc. In spite of SEVERAL e-mails, telephone calls (almost daily) NO reconciliation of my payment and the bill has taken place. I am being harassed and will probably be blacklisted for their incompetence in sorting out their Zapper payments / reconciling their payments. Stay away from Lancet!!!
