Lancet breaches POPIA

Lancet continues to send my statements to my father and his statements to me, despite the fact that I haven't been on his medical aid for 12 years and have been in to various Lancet branches to explain the problem and ensure my details are updated on the system. My dad was being hounded and threatened by Lancet's debt collection team for an unpaid bill which, after going in to a branch, turned out to belong to me. I have yet to receive this bill myself and will not pay it until my details are updated and my bill is sent directly to me. Lancet's inefficiency is causing an effect on my and my dad's credit score and has caused both of us to accidentally view confidential test results belonging to the other person. I am sick of begging for this to be resolved now. This is a breach of POPIA and I will be reporting Lancet if this is not permanently resolved with immediate effect, and all debt collection history cleared for myself and my dad.
