Lancet
Lancet did additional tests and require payment for it, that was not requested by the specialist. The medical aid did pay their portion. Blood tests were not done and I was not in hospitalised. According to Lancet there was in hospital procedures and blood tests done, that the medical aid is not paying. After struggling for over three months to and fro, I have decided to do the payment, but totally against my will. Beware of paying for services not rendered. There financial department is totally non functional or do I rather say non existent.

We cannot pay for services not rendered, after trying to get this sorted with your dysfunctional call centre. I have paid the account for nothing rendered, after being harrassed with SMS MESSAGES Never, ever again will we use you again. Totally useless.
