Lancet as always likes to “chance it”

Do yourselves a favour and choose to seek out medical assistance from doctors who don’t utilize LANCET as their choice of pathologists. Double tests conducted on my pathology, extra hidden costs that pathcare doesn’t charge for, 30% more expensive on some tests. Absolutely astounded at having had 4 tests done which were pretty routine only to walk out with a seven thousand Rand bill. Lancet is a ******* and ********** company that makes money off “apparent billing mistakes” and a litany of additional charges that any other lab builds into the cost of testing. Not lancet. Let’s charge for a Petri dish, let’s charge for the cuppa coffee your microbiologist consumed to stay awake while culturing your various germs. Lancet made more money off me on duplicate charges and unspecified costs than a ********** makes on a Friday night. Pathetic and *******.
