Lancet and Sustainable collections VERY BAD

Some blood tests were done during my pregnancy through Lancet Labs November 2017. September this year I received a statement for the above mentioned tests. I immediately queried this with my broker as there was no reason as to why these were not settled.

My broker confirmed with my medical aid that Lancet never submitted the claim and should try and submit even though they suspected this would not be paid by the medical scheme now since they only pay claims submitted 3 months after the fact.

I was then handed over to Sustainable collections which upset me more as they have not yet responded to my query after advising the agent at Sustainable collections about the on going query with Lancet they advise that they will look into it which they ALSO never do or just not bothering to get back to me.

After querying this numerous times with Lancet and Sustainable collections I never receive feedback regarding my query. They only advise me it is not on the statement and not actually giving me feedback regarding the actual claim (I doubt that they ever tried to submit the claim - receiving weekly calls from Sustainable collections regarding the outstanding fees).

I refuse to pay this outstanding amount as someone at Lancet was not doing what they are supposed to do.

Hopefully I will get some feedback regarding the actual issue now as Sustainable collections and Lancet never provides feedback regarding the actual query (only that I owe them money and then have to resend the query).
