Lancet accusations that I have no morals!

LANCET PROMISED TO FOLLOW UP WHICH THEY DID NOT DO!!!! I went for a vasectomy and had to test if I am still fertile at Lancet Urology Hospital. I was given a cup and had to give the sample. On the form there is are two options. 1. Home. 2. Hospital. I chose hospital. The nurse suster Nicci accused me of having no morals doing it in the hospital. I explained to her that I ticked hospital. She said it is only permitted in select hospitals around the country. I asked her why they could not cross it off on the form and that she should not adress me in such a manner. She rep**** that it is the standard form. IF IT IS NOT ALLOWED CROSS IT OUT. DO NOT ACCUSE ME OF HAVING NO MORALS! I DO NOT ENJOY MASTRUBATING IN A HOSPITAL!
