Lancet accounts don't know what they are doing

I have been trying to prove to Lancet since July 2020 that I have made payment. I have sent them proof of payment time and again. This week I find out that they have handed me over to a collection company called SCS who basically said that I was lying and that I was mistaken. It apparently had to be another account that I was thinking of. My blood boiled. I have not been to a laboratory since that time at Lancet. I won't use Lancet again. Not for anything. They are absolutely useless. I have now been harassed by this bunch since last year this time.
