Lancet Accounts Dept
Lancet accounts dept do not listen to its customers because they have a captured market. Each time my medical aid does not pay, for whatever reason, they send me an sms with all the details to pay. Have they not heard of *****. Any person can send an sms with account details an if you pay a *****ulent sms it is yours responsibility. I have told Lancet for the past 15 years I will NOT pay based on an sms and they must email me account, which they should have done in the first place. I prefer to go to Ampath because they treat you with respect and adhere to your requests.
