Lancet accounts department useless
Absolutely shocking accounts department. Refunds are out of the question even if you've repeatedly send them proof of payment and documentation to confirm your case. Trying to get your results or just a statement from them is tedious and painful. Take a note from Ampath and upgrade your app and online services to serve THE CLIENT and not yourselves. Will avoid Lancet at all cost.

21 Apr 2021, 13:31After writing this review, Lancet escalated my query and the claim was sorted in the next week. Sad that it had to come to a public platform to be addressed but very happy the the claim is now closed.
